I'm having the same problem.  The key on my case is 4 groups of mixed digits and lower case letters separated by dashes.  I have entered this key in without and without dashes, with upper case letters in place of lower case letters, with spaces in place of dashes and all combinations of these.  All give me the incorrect key message.  Also, the Interplay technical support site seems to be unavailable.

Any suggestions?

I just purchased a copy of SFC2 from Sam's Club.  Luckily I didn't pay much for it, but if anyone can help me get the game to work, I would really appreciate it.  From the looks of everythihng, Interplay went "belly-up" with no way to fix things like bad CD-key validations.  Believe me, I've tried just about every combination I can think of between upper and lower case letters, dashes and no dashes.  There was a notice saying that the CD key was for multiplayer option, but I can't even get to the game without the validation.  ANY help would be apprecaited!!!  Thanks!!

This seems to be more of an epidemic than  anything else! I purchased  mine from " J & R Music World & Computer Games " . I have the same problem! I read that it should have a 20 digit code instead of the 16 digit that it came with. Is there any TRUTH to this? Please let me know what I can do to FIX this problem!
