BPV Formulas

Many years ago I had the "Ship Design Manual" for SFB by ADB (Amarillo Design Bureau).  In it were the formulas for calculating BPV's.

Anyone know a source for the formulas currently in use?

I like ShipEdit but it has its limitations and I am trying to set up an Access file (with dropdowns) to edit the shiplist file.

Any help would be appreciated.

well for shipedit you can try and seewhat cost x amouth of bpv, i don't know if it will help.
