Recommendations for a tutorial on texturing

I currently use Paintshop Pro as my program for creating textures.  I would like to increase my understanding of making better textures and ask for recommendations on tutorials on the subject.  What tutorials have you found useful? 

I did a quick google search but didn't find anything real interesting.  I do have a texturing tutorial written by Achilles that is very worthwhile and am looking for similar types of materials.

I find texturing to be the most difficult part of this process so any help you could offer up would be appreciated.

Tus showed sent me this link ( http://paintshoppro.info/tutorials/photoshop_to_paintshoppro_dictionary.htm ) to help me translate photoshop tuts into PSP tuts. But it is tricky I'm on PSP9 and find it very hard to get a lot of things that Photoshoppers take for granted.

Think this could get Stickied for the PSPers?

Pop over to DRS (Demon Renegade Studios). WZ is the best in our community and he has a couple of PSP tuts.
