Yes, why?   There are work-arounds on a campaign.

You have to fudge the FYAs in the shiplist and the Server year.   Medium drones come out year 5, fast year 17.  If you set the server staring year from 2263 to say 2268 and adjust the FYAs by 5 years medium drones will come out in 2273, as it's still year 5.

I'll go over this with you on TS, a little tricky to wrap you head around.

But If I wanted to start a server in say 2260, there's no way to keep the medium drones coming out at 2273, right?
