This was taken during the mission 'Orion Moon'.  The moon base launches ships in the same place every time, so if you park in a certain spot (and have enough firepower), you can just pick them off one by one.  It's like shooting tribbles in a barrel.

The black hole glitch was never fixed for OP.  You CAN open the mission file in Notepad and fix it yourself, but apparently this trips an anti-tampering measure, as the mission won't come up at all (or at least that was the case when I tried it).
