I was playing in milkshape and i came up with this, whatcha think?
-
I wish I could see this from another angle but it seems pretty cool.
-
what angle do you want?
-
I like the Enterprise-Class refit. Though I'd shave a few feet off the aft ends of the nacelles, as the exposed feet of the nacelles defeats the point of such a configuration. Or try using Axis-Class cowled nacelles / auxiliary deflectors directly soldered to the saucer. A Wolf 359 / Dominion War-salvage Mirror Universe design, perhaps?
-
i had some time to mess with it so i changed some more and made a new render of it, this is much better i think. Oh yes its an imperial class mirror universe ship.
-
Actually, the nacelles the way they are currently, makes me question the sanity of the engineers who built her. The Nacelles are supposed to be jettisonable.....
Anyone remember the USS Chicago? THE first kitbash ever using a stock SFC1 FCA?
You are off to a great start modelling though!
Qapla!
KF

Yup, I used to have it, oh that takes me back, I think Moonraker did a remake of it, with some new DTW textures it could be fantabulous! LOL
I liked the first version of this design more actually, though as KF says, it's a bit of an odd design, if a nacelle blows, half the ship goes with it.
-
good points
ill see what i can do, thanks for the support lol
-
well the model looks horribly under-polied. But I like the design. Perhaps kitbashed out of better parts...
Either way, keep going. Kitbashes rule.
-
update HURRAH, i took your advice on the calles, this is probably my final version of this one.
-
Very cool Ideas man,
You may want to use a higher poly version of the
core ship...if you need one try Starfleet Universe...it
has all of them
-
ok, ill look there and mess around with some other ships, maybe a species 8472 kitbash....
