I also like to believe that House Korgath has acquired this ship for its own armada. I imagine the back story to be something like influetential House Korgath members were clandestinely involved throughout the construction process, lots of money changed hands, a few murders were involved and a few pursuit ships were lost to this behemoth. I will be adding this as my Korgath 'PNDN'.

I love the TOS style Jrstandfast gave the original C-8/9 model but I really wanted to see this in TMP armor. This represents my third attempt to retexture this ship. This time, in addition to the D2 B-10 by P81, I also borrowed two K-23 impulse engines (P81), some textures (red impulse grill) from Atrahasis' C-7, the stock Klingon freighter hangar door (rear launching fighters/shuttles), armor from the L-24C (Atrahasis), replaced the original hangar bays with 4 port and 4 starboard torpedo launchers from my retexture of Atrahasis' Klingon Khamby light carrier/torpedo support ship. I kept a number of original textures, I really like the nacelle weapons mounts and some great looking 'armor' peices. I like the idea that this 'prototype' is a hodge-podge of off the shelf parts (e.g., C-7/L-24/K-23) that leads to the final evolution of the D2 B-10/11.
