First question: is the 1.03 patch the latest for SFC?
Second Question: Anyone remember the Fed mission: A Nest Full of Spies? The First time I went through it, almost 3 years ago now, I didnt have much problem at all, possibly it was before the 1.03 patch was installed. Now after getting the Infiltration team aboard, they never finish their mission before they are discovered, and then the Base fires everything at me, knocking out all of my weapons systems after the first salvo, and the other two Imperial Ships blow me up a few seconds later.
Third Question. I have the 2036 patch for EAW, but I cannot start a new Campaign, I did a fresh install and patch before trying again, but it still will not load, Skirmish missions run fine, I have never tried the D2. Anyone have an Idea for this?

Did you reinstall on top of the previous copy? .. You might want to look under MetaAssets/db/ in the prorgam's directory. If there's anything in there, delete it.
.. you see, old saved games can cause that crash.

completely deleted it, folder and all after the uninstall, before i reinstalled it.

1. Yes.
2. You need a good enough Security Officer. (lvl 6 is playing on Admiral difficulty, lvl 5 on commodore, 4 on captain)
3. I dunno, I can only advise another round of reinstalls... sorry.
