Title: Is there any kind of help available for setting up a D3 server?

I posted in the D3 forum earlier, but haven't got any replies yet.

I downloaded and set up the server kit, .net framework and SP2, and followed the instructions to the letter. But...


1. The server kit says to start the server platform and "...select option 1'Central Switch plus all servers'...."
Option 1 is not "Central switch plus all servers"... it is "NoServers"

2. When I select option 2 "Central Switch plus all servers" the window locks up and does nothing.

3. If I selct option3 "Central switch" I can start some of the servers manually, but some of them when started lock the window up ala #2 above.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Is there a newsgroup or mailing list for D3 server admins?

you need to select option 2 'central server plus all switches'

if it locks up there is a problem.

tell me:

1. what internet connection do you have?
2. what firewalls do you have up?
3. what os are you running?
4. what are your computer specs?
