So what programs are available to do texturing in?
Need it to handle shapes as well as lettering on the hulls of the Consitution style vessels.

Speaking of texturing programs, What ever happenned to the one that Starfleet Universe was working on a few months back? Does anyone know? (I can't remember if it was SFU or NightSoft that was actually developing it.)

I believe it was called "The Mod Machine". And it was Nightsoft I believe.

I use PSP7 and PS 7, for my texture work.
