Title: I'm back with new WIPs

Hurrah!  My computer seems to be back in some sort of usable order, although it's not quite what it was before.  Anyway, I've begun working on new models, which you can view at http://majorracal.tripod.com/index  Let me know what you think of them - there are going to be more, and hopefully you'll be able to see improvements as my skills develop.

PS - I'm still looking for a decent step-by-step tutorial on texturing... (I've got 3DS Max 5, Photoshop 5 and Paintshop 8)

The trident one is purple on a black back ground and can be very hard to see.

The other one looks really cool though.

Textures made easier by these guys for a starter.

Cheers for that... I know what you mean about the purple on the black, it's nigh impossible to see what's there.  I'll recolour it to match the other when I get home later on, and maybe that'll help ... and once I get to work on the textures, that might help some more - at least I hope so.
