Title: SFC3 File seek error???! Help PLZ!! ^^

Yah, I got the game, got Direct X 9.. got the patch.. what am I missing? it gives me a debug File seek error and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it?

Interesting--the only times I've heard of that error were with people who had the WAREZ version of the game.
