Title: UFPMC Fast Troop Insertion Ship......WIP.....Need Help Tackling Texture Issues.

I made a post in my thread on the future of the ST franchise about how it would be cool to do a show about the UFPMC (United Federation Of Planets Marine Corp). This kitbash is how i envisioned a fast special ops troop carrier would look. The Thru-Deck pod on the bottom could seperate and be capable of planetary landings, while the carrier would be capable of stand alone combat and planetary bombardment. I have already got textures for the pod and pylons. My only problem is that i do not know how to apply textures to the blank and smeared parts of the ship. If anyone wants to give it a shot, let me know and i'll be sure to include you in the credits.

HEY DTW,

Awesome Idea...But you should make the connection Pylons(roll bar on the bottom) part of the Dropship...as it wouls aid in a quick low power high speed landings...like the "lifting body" concept flown by Chuck Yeager

Nice work, both of you. I like the whole idea of the secondary-hul- separate-from-the-primary-hull thing.

The troop idea is cool. However, why not use the weapons pod from the USS ABBE? I think that would be an interesting variant.
