Title: Most up to date SFC versions?
Post by: Clark Kent on October 13, 2003, 11:16:09 am
I'll get right down to business.  I'm still using SFC EAW and OP religiously, and SFC 3 sometimes.  I took a rather extended leave from these boards, so I'm a bit lost on the current SFC updates.
EAW I'm running 2.0.1.3
OP I'm running  2.5.2.5
SFC 3 I'm on the 1.01 beta patch(ironically, I needed it to get SFC 3 to work on my machine)
The only one I know of is the OP patch to 2.5.5.0, but I don't know how to get my OP up to date from 2.5.2.5.

that is the only patch put out for sfc3.. (the 1.01 beta)

other "updates" can be found like mods.. you can find mine, korah, pelicans or fornos.

EAW is at 2.036

OP at, as you already know, 2550.

At this point, your best bet is to uninstall the game, delete existing directory, and reinstall. Then use the direct-from-cd-patch.

Bummer, I had a pretty good campaign saved on OP.

Wouldn't matter, you can't use saved games from previous versions anyway.
