Hi everyone. I've been stalking for a bit, and am finally going to reinstall/update OP.
However at the moment I'm stuck with really bad dial-up connection, so I've been downloading large files at school and burning to a cd so I can use them at home. As such I'm curious what mods and updates people play with, so I can get them all at one time.
I know I need the latest OP patch and Firesoul's OP+ 3.1, but I'd also heard of some sound upgrades, and background image upgrades. I'm curious if someone could point me in the right direction for finding those, and I'd also be interested to hear what other mods people may be using.

Try looking on www.StarfleetUniverse.com. Otherwise try Xenocorp.net and www.SFCx.org.
These are my first stops, but there are half a dozen other sites too. Look at some of the posters SIg files as they usually put the links to their sites there.

Speaking of files, does anyone know where i can get the mission fix for Battle at the Grave of Thoughts? Starfleet Universe has the link at the bottom of their list, but its a broken link.

actually, nm. The page i went to had a broken link, but the one below, or above...depending on where the post is moved to later, had the page with the proper link.

I had to try the link 3 times, but I did get it to work. That fix is only for EAW. If you need to get the OP version, you need to go to http://klingon.stasis.ca/EAW_missions/EAW_campaigns_for_OP-20030330.zip . If that doesn't do it, let me know and I will set you up with the proper script.

I have my SFC OP patch page set up with recommended files for DL or refferal link to recommended files to make Op the best experience possible...
I also created a Bonus Campaign Pack.. or my MCT Campaign Pack that incorporates all the scripts available on my web site... the scripts i am supporting currently is Nuclear Wessels "Evil Dave pack" (both regular and Beta .. Your choice.. my MCT files work for both), Firesoul's EAW to OP mission pack, Sulu Bonus Missions (Skirmish mode only), P81 and Athrahasis' Dynaverse 2 model Pack, Co-Op Ace Script by khoromag, Base Assault by Khoromag, EzINI by khoromag (game set up utility)...
I also recommend the EE mission pack available in the Dynaverse 2 Forum for playing on the serious Dynaverse Servers as well as Tracey G's mission pack for Dynaverse 2....
Those are easy to add into the MCT files.. just follow the pattern in the MCT files....

P.S. Chris Jones has made a Senery Mod for OP (Backgrounds) so just run a Forum search in the general forums for Scenery and it should show up.. set the search for older than 6 weeks....
