The first one, and the last two are absolutely gobsmacking!
Get them meshed and I would love to texture them, espcially the last two - my favourite being the last....WOW! I am in shock at your skills! You are sooooooo talented!

The Montgomery Scott is my favorite (I'll bet her engines are the best in the fleet    ) and then the Sentry (very different and original).

Ya thinkin' about modeling one or more of these?

Hmm, the windrunner one is a bit out there for me, looks to fragile for a practical ship design but then, who cares, It still looks good.

And All I can say is bring on the Pike and Scott, I love them. And wasn't there a McCoy class?  You should make one in honor of benjaman sisco (maybe a battlestation?) The defiant could be a Worf class. I could see Worf loving that one. Looks defenetly worthy of a worrior.
