Title: Carriers????

Anyone know what happened to the carrier WIPs that where kicking around a few weeks ago..??
Whilst we're on the subject, I came across this on a website................

And I wonder why no one has tried modelling the "Arial".....  Which is my other idea of a carrier...

I made a TNG ish carrier, with a through deck a while ago, it's one fo my first models though, so it's a bit crappy :-\

It was called the Britain

That's a cool Excelsior variant carrier. I take it you know of the various carriers I will be doing and have done already for my mod? I've done the Fed Heavy Carrier, the Space Control Ship, and will be doing the Strike Carrier and Battle Carrier. Plus there will be carriers for many other races.

Would that perchance be my Oriskany under all those flashy textures? I recognise the really dodgy join between the 2 secondary hulls. If it is could you do another as I'm sending a new version along with all my backlog to RogueNineCH at first opportunity and it'll be based off WZ45's last Connie - the mesh is a lot better than P81's though much more hefty in the polygon count.

Yup it is I sent a E-mail to you hotmail account to see if you would let me release it on DTWs' site. I can do the other if you want but WZs' large list of textures on a model usually means it will take a long time to do. It can be done but it will not be something that happens to fast.

Please do (release it I mean), I'm usually around these forums so you can get a better response from me here in a thread or by PM. I only mentioned the WZ version because the mesh and textures are far superior IMO, now it's 4am and I have lectures 2morrow so night folks.
