Is the patch going to be held up until the legal stuff is resolved? Is it sitting in someone's inbox at Activision collecting dust until the lawsuits are settled? Are they really testing the patch? It doesn't seem like there is much motivation to get the patch out (one year after release)... Just wondering...

All I Want Is Them To Tell Us Went They Finish Everything Activision Wanted Fixed And Is Awaiting Activision Blessing to Release it. That Way We Can All Contact Activision, On The Same Day,Flooding Thier Inbox, Demanding the Patch.
Maybe Causing A DoS On Thier Server.

You should definately let Activision know how much you desire a patch. It can't hurt.

Now if we could get everyone that visits the Taldren forums to do this maybe we could get something done.

Email sent. Here is what I wrote:
To whom it may concern:
Would it be possible for Activision to allow the release of the Star Fleet Command 3 Patch? We have been waiting for almost a year now and I think that amount of time should be enough to make a final patch. While I would like any final patch to fix as many bugs as possible, I don't think a final patch should take over a year to finalize. If we are not going to receive a patch within say another year could someone at Activision let us know so people like myself can uninstall the game and free up some disk space? Thank you for your time.

I don't think what I am asking from Activision is all that unreasonable. Especially since Activision has the final say in whether or not the patch is ready for release.
