I expect an Official announcement will come today or tomorrow, but from what I understand, it's gold.

That's right beautiful people BioWare proudly announces that the highly anticipated expansion pack Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark has gone gold and is being packaged up and should be arriving in North American stores by December 2!
