Actually Terry I have figured out a very easy way to combine lest say 12-20 textures into one using Milkshape and a paint program like PSP 7.I can do this in about 30 minutes for ech ship i'm doing a conversion for.Though this process doesnt work for light maps, the model will only be a basic textured model with no light maps.Thats the drawback.
I also grabbed your Tholian warcruiser as well.
