Title: Need Permission to Publish the USS Integritus

I'm poised to release my U.S.S. Integritus, but I need P81's approval first. How do I get a hold of this guy?

You actually don't have to in this case as Pneumonic81 gave out a general premission to Kitbash and redo his ships, as long as you credit him for the model or parts, textures or parts you used in the readme.txt file.
