They are all in scale (roughly
) to each other...except the last one on the bottom ...That oneshould be HUGE...LOL...like twice the sice of the top two

that part under the deflector is a canon(similar to the mauler)
As for a carrier variant...I could see that...just remove the canon and make a thru-deck fore to aft...and add some port & starboard baydoors...yeah, I could see that

the rear is suposed to be wider than the front section(in the top view) like a triangle
and the fins in the Bussards are to be vented...sorta like a cross from the TOS to the TMP
But other than That shes amazing...especially since you only had a side veiw
