Title: How to increase Shield recharge rates?

 I´d like to try fast recharge rates with weaker shields. I´ve changed the shield efficiency in the shielditem.gf file but it doesn´t seem to change the recharge rate.

Does anyone know how to do that, please?

with shipedit in the hull systems section the lab aid in shield repair by repairing additional points per 4 labs per turn.

Hes talkin about SFC3.
In that case i dont know how to change it

It cannot be done - you just have the keep the values below 40, and then the standard recharge rates work fine.
