Seems to me like a Romulan Warbird from the Tal Shiar / Obsidian Order task force sent to destroy the dominion founders survived and used parts of the Dominion wrecked ships to survive and make it back home

Now replace that forward Rom hull with a Fed saucer and change the story,

Ach!!! IT RETURNS TO HAUNT ME!!!

Now what, might I mean by that statement. Well one of the first proper models I attempted was this very craft. Unfortunately even kitbashing did nothing to make a decent model so I gave up, and that was done about 2 years ago!!!

Would prove to be an interesting design if the dominion and rommies allied.
