no, i wont be doing a fleet for quite some time as my plate is full, this is just something i did when i was bored
But i saw it as a beginning of a Terran Empire fleet.

I think the Terran empire would have developed a better phaser faster than the Federation would.

I don't know if I would use phaser rings, under the right conditions technologies improve but it is usually in terms of detection and more brutally powerful weapons for the least amount of resources possible.
A turret would be better than a phaser ring. A larger cannon can be placed with in and wuld be simplier to construct.
Photons would be the next the step they would improve their targeting and tracking abilities as well as damage. The launch system would also get improvements.

when u relase this ship may i use the textures to retexture some conny kitbashed ships (saladin,mirinda,akula etc.?)
10 torps on heavy cruiser!!! ouch! thats going to hurt. seems to me those empire guys are realy bad boys

Sure, except now your gonna have to deal with these!
Pulse Phaser Turrets - the phaser strips will be removed when i get around to it, and the Turrets will be retextured to better suit the skin
