Title: Two ships to be Released tommorrow! Also resized BCs!

These ships are from the Vampire Lestat, and they are quite beautiful indeed.  I don't have any ingame pics at the moment, since my OP cd crapped out on me and I have to replace it.  Figures this happens when I loaned my other SFC games to a friend, anyway tommorrow night I will have ingame pics, and the ships uploaded to my site.

Also  I have resized all four of my BCs to the size of a Connie, well not quite it is a tad bigger.  I'll also post pics of these and have them at my site as well.

At a glance i see differences in coloring, thats about it.

Lestat told me these were the accurate versions of the ships used in the respective Trek movies.  If I remeber correctly he said there were only minor differences beetween the two, mainly the color shading as Seraph pointed out.  Another difference is the torp tubes are red on the Ent-A and black on the Ent.  I haven't seen ST-TMP for 13 years so I am assuming this is correct, last time I watched ST 6 the tubes were red.

those are great but why are all constantly remaking the ships that have tons of different models out there, make something new for other races or we would soon need a whole new galaxy for those fed models

Looking sharp, I always enjoy seeing updated TMP era Enterprises (1701 & 1701-A) out there.  What is that expression about never having enough connies?  They are indeed quite beautiful and I look forward to taking them for a test warp.  I am curious, was it built from the ground up as it were, or is it a kitbash?  In any event, I hope you get your own op back so we can also see the  in game pics tonight and looking frwd to the download , looking sharp lestat

They're only red when firing, in most model shots they were darkened. I recently spotted some really minor problems with the TMP version and am using it as an excuse to update the ships with MUCH better warp channel glows - the WZ ones are, well completely different to the actual studio lighting. I've sent them to you now Rogue so if you could put them into the existing files when you get the chance, and if possible provide a separate fix for anyone who's downloaded it already (not many I'll wager)

Cheers for posting these - once CorelDraw starts recognising my ST fonts again I'll have all those ones that have been ages in the making oh and I've finished the Kirov in all but name - my version of the SFB BCG.

Sorry to dissapoint but they're just alterations to WickedZombie45's last TMP connie, his original has numerous areas that aren't 'canon' and I wanted to perfect his already brilliant work.

No problem, I'll just insert the fix into the original file since I haven't uploaded the ships yet.  I'll have time later tonight, I have my dad's birthday this afternoon to attend first.

It's quite simple really, you see something on someone else's model that you either don't like or would be better if it was tweaked this way or that way.  Fed ships are the most popular, there is more information about them than any other trek race, and they are the easiest to kitbash.  There are other races being made, but Feds and the Connie in particular will always outnumber them.  

Now if Berman and Co. were to make a trek series based on the Klingons, Romulans etc, you would see a surge in those ship being made.  Fo0r awhile there were more non-Fed ships being made than Fed ships on the board.  I understand that you would prefer that this wasn't the case, but that's the way it is.

Berman's apparently gonna be axed - and high time too. Hopefully the next lot will do a series set just after the Kirk period - 2290s, I'd like to see a Klingon or Romulan based show but we all know they'd never risk doing something that far to the left-field.

Ok, I got a SFC game that works finally, so the pics and ships will be up in a few hours.  

Lestat:  Glad to hear that Berman is gonna be gone soon, too bad they didn't of that before he ruined the franchise.  Oh and my Dad says thank you.

Yeah I'd love to see the Enterprise B........Hmmmm Maybe a show about the Ent B hunting Orion Pirates
