With the Miranda refit and the excellsior refit, I couldn't resist posting this.  What do you guys think?

Definately different.Is this the finished model or will  the Excelsior parts be re-textured to match the rest of the ship?As for the other refits you mentioned,there was a progression of technology introduced via the hybrid.Personally I see a regression in your concept.Perhaps if you did this with an Ambassador Class,this ship could be the prototype/test bed. But heck all in all if you had a link I'd D/L it, based on originallity.Just my opinion

Actually, It is done (sort of), but I've been thinking about textureing it like an excelsior conpletely.

You are free to use the engine textures i did but you are on your own for the rest of the model.
