Title: SFC3 problems

When I play the game the Phaser, photon, and mines don't show in game.  I patched the game to the beta.

WinXP Pro
P4 3.2C
1GB Ram
ATI Radeon 9800XT
DX 9.0b
Catalyst 4.3 drivers

Fixed.

I just didn't like running at 1280X1024
