This is my first attempt at anything even remotely high poly (and my fourth scratch built model in total). Anyway, I noticed a thread by starforce ( http://208.57.228.4/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=UBB11&Number=29334&page=1&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1 ) which shows images of a high poly cgi vessel (the chimera class). Currently I'm about 87% of the way through the saucer and I'm up to about 2050 polys. Basically once this models finished, and after seeing some of the excellent models produced for this community I would like to know if anyone would be so kind as to create some textures of some sort for it. Making a model is one thing (which I'm still getting to grips with), but texturing is something which still eludes me, and I would never do the model any justice with any texture I would attempt, so if anyone wants to give it a go, please feel free to yell at me. Also any comments are welcome (but just be nice). http://stgn.scifi-forums.com/attachment.php?s=1d0cf8bb272fe85b8840a81b1ae40f79&postid=529716

Thanks Ripperman. Well as far as I know its a TNG miranda. At least thats what I've been told it is anyway. I'm a little bit further now since that last image. The saucer top is finished. Bottom is about 80% done. Then theres just the nacelles, weapons pod and supports. The models running just under 3000 polys now.
