Title: SFB Ship Name List by Race
Post by: Karnak on February 27, 2003, 01:29:52 pm: Does anyone have the original ship name list for each race originally published for SFB in the old Nexus magazine series?

So, far I only have the one for the ISC.

If you find it I will put them in the ship name list for ISC Invasion.

I will scan it in and email you tonight if you like or PM me your address and I will make you a copy and snail mail it. It is only about 6 pages, but has all the races.

Wanderer and I have been very slowly compiling the Fed OoB, but I have a registry that includes all EAW races plus the WYN, Tholians, Andys, Seltorians, and LDR(most races and ship classes include the hull number). If I can figure out how to get the scanner to work, I'll copy the entire list and send it. And yes, that includes you too, Wanderer.

Had a little trouble with the scanner last night. First time I tried to use it since upgrading to XP. Will get it going tonight and send the Registry along then.

I just finished inputting all OOB ISC CL-class and up ship names. It went over 100 and my typing fingers could use a rest, hehe.

Post by: Fornax on February 28, 2003, 02:22:40 pm: Somebody once posted a fairly extensive list here on Taldren about a year and a half ago -- which I snapped up, but it's sitting on my hard-drive at home. If I recall correctly, it was a hand compiled listing of all ship names found in all scenarios and modules, etc. I'm hoping I kept enough of the post to credit the original author but it certainly was not I that did all the work.

If somebody with another master list would like it (to compare) and then redistribute...
