Its a conversion from another game, I think I know where I got it, but I need to do a quick email before I pass it on.

there is a really nice one on BCfiles, if you want to give the author a yell and ask if he'll allow  it for sfc, if it hasn't already been put in.

ah ha! yes that is where i converted mine from,...i remember having to downsize the textures on it for some reason because the skins weren't showing up on the models!  Anyway, I converted it without permission, for my own personal use - and as you can seen from my previous post, I am not distributing the conversion of it with out the creators permission.  

With that said, I am going to download it from there again to get the readme from the origional back in my files for future a$$-covering  purposes.....
