is there a trainer or some way to make heavy photons more accurate????
-
No there is NO way to increase weapon to-hit. It is a hard-coded part of the game, and cannot bechanged except by a patch, and there will be nomore of these.
Man, if you only knew the can of worms that was once opened by this question (though it was for regular Photons, and in SFC1)!!!
There were friendly suggestioins about photon accuracy, heated discussions, hostage situations, and eventual galaxy-wide armed conflict which resulted in the famous banning of the term 'Magic Photons' forever (so-called magic because they had their to-hit ratio altered to make them hit more often, since it was felt that new players would naturally start out with the Federation since it was most familiar).

Lets see if I can come up with a few more oldies:
The Rise and fall of the plasma torpedo.
Hellbore holding costs
Plasma-I's used offensively
and finally
Learn tactics
