Title: In your opinion, what's the best radar and laser detector?

I got this on my junk mail, decided to check it out. DM and Storm and other science minded folks, is this thing for real? Can something so compact block radar signals and laser beams?

Keeping in mind that radar/laser jammers are illegal in most states...and a traffic cop will know you jamming his gun when he points it at your vehicle and get's a jibberish reading.
