How do you make OP remember your power allocation settings?

It's not just power allocation but it should be SHIFT-SCRLLK. It'll kick in when you press Red alert and the shields enable themselves.
And do you refer to 2.5.2.5 or 2.5.5.2?

Thanks! Okay dumb question part two (heck, I'm on a dumb question roll) does the new read me from the patch replace the origional readme? Or is it a totally new readme in a different file?

I believe it does but don't quote me on that.

I would get patch 2552 it is a much better patch and it is the fineshed one.

Yes. The Read Me file was added to for each patch. There is nothing left out from the original. It just kept getting longer as each patch came out.
