Title: Has anyone created the cardassian norin class??

Its the ship that appeared in DS9 - Dominion Wars. I'm not worried about the quality of the model or even if it has no textures. Any leads are most appreciated.

I started to build one a long time ago, but then I also got most of the way through the light cruiser too, lol. If you can provide as many pics as possible of the Norin then I'll give it another bash, if you like. I guess that you want a low poly one for Armada? hehe

Do you have a pic of it ? I have 49 Cardasian ships,perhaps it's hiding in my collection.If so I'll post her for you.

This is the ship profile page from the original game release site, MP. If you've got it then you'll be a savior as I've been bugged about this class of ship for nearly 6 weeks.

@smiley. You know me. But this time its not for me directly. As for pics. Would the images from the opening credits video footage be any use?? It does show the Hutet launching two of them. The actual images are fairly small  but might be suitable. I tried to get some from the game, but they are far two dark.

i know this is out of content but Major Payne could i have permission to port and alter the textures to your intrped aero shuttle that is on sfc3 i have permission from alex spectre after i emailed him thinking it was just his ship and he said to talk to you  i will of course credit you as is the standard practise

Anything would be handy - dark pictures can be brightened, but absence of views can't be extrapoloated easily - do actually own the game but it won't run on XP, otherwise I'd try and get some myself

@Fallen_Warrior. You can but please be sure to check the readme I enclosed with it as the textures I made were created from rendings of the high poyl CGI model I used as my reference.

@Smiley. If I get chance later today I'll see what I can come up. Can you give me your email addy so I can send any images to you?? It'll be a little easier and you can check through them yourself.

Sorry I don't have the Norin. BUT I do have one that is almost identical except for that cross bar on the back end of the Norin if you want it I'll post it for D/L.

It's one of Dark Matrix's Cardasian ships called the Legate Class.Just d/l it from SFC3.I believe it's there that I got it.

EDIT: 329 polies btw, and it's nice and simple for Armada, but with the right textures it should look ok in SFC too

Hi once again, I have to say that Ccardassian textures are weird, I am having to draw upon what other people have done for ideas - there are a lot of little nitty bits that are quite annoying to try and reproduce! lol
