As for work, I already have a friend checking at a job where his friend works. Might be measuring shutters for $10-$14 a hour if I can get the job. Who knows.

I think your worth far more as an employee than you give yerself credit for!
And if you are held back by your lack of formal education or criminal record than don't forget - thats the story of some of the most succesful entrepenuers in the World!!

If there's one thing I've learned in high school, it's never believe what anyone tells you about yourself. You need to trust only you. If you think you deserved to be fired, you probably did. If you thought the guy was a total F-face, he probably was. The trick is to think positive, so you can be posititve. That makes people around you positive by association. I know you, (somewhat from here) and you're a good guy. The first and most important step to anything (finding a job, for you) is to believe that you are the MAN!
