Title: Who handles the "CD key in use" issues while in D3?

Who handles the "CD key in use" issues while in D3? Alot of people including me are getting this message ranging in time from a few minutes to a few days which makes the D3 usless to us.

I thought the patch was suppose to fix that.

Nope, myself and a few others got locked out of servers that kept our keys in limbo so we couldnt log back on until the server reset.
