Title: Star Wars Galaxies Trial DL Problems. HELP!

OK. I have tried and tried to DL this game from Fileplanet. I wait in line (sometimes forever). The DL begins. Then after a couple of seconds it closes the window and the DL stops! I've checked the file, and it always gets to exactly 369 bytes when it stops. What is wrong?!?!?!? Someone help please!
