Doesn't really look any different from  you feds....excatly what is supposed to make it romulan, aside from   your word?

tech progression and the fact that romis and the feds share technology cos they are friends now and all that

plus feds don't like bird like ships as their defanding arsenal don't forget we still shot them but sense you mentioned it it dose look a bit like my feds that may be the reason why the above will stick in this case to plus the fact that they finely see that the feds aren't the blood thirsty animals they Thoth they were (or something like that I'm tied pray forgive me got to get some sleep Cos its 6AM here plus i never went to sleep as it is ill turn in now)
