Title: EAW help: mouse control only - keys don't work

Worked fine one day.... nothing the next. Any ideas gents?

The only key that does anything after EAW launches is ESC. Pressing it doesn't end the mission, it just minimizes EAW

Only thing I found was Uninstall Reinstall  when it does that

Try running EAW in windowed mode.

Also, try not to press any buttons while EAW is loading... Only Esc when the intro movies are loading... 

But I think windowed mode is your best bet.

Can you alt-Tab out and Back in to get the Keys working? If Not try the other .EXE to launch the game.

Thanks Gents.

The alternate .exe worked.
After scouring my disk to remove all traces of SFC3 just so I could reinstall for 543, I was in no mood to reinstall EAW.

Gads, I hate screwing with PCs......

Get your self A MAC DM, I hear they make a good alternative to Gamers.

Yup, EAW: Announced for Mac by MacPlay, screenshots on their website, then canceled

..forcing Old DM to buy a PC just to play it....

BTW: I have quite a few games that we play on Mac (all Blizzard stuff, EF-1,EF-2, AvP, AvP2, etc). All look better on my Mac than on my PC.

..and I've never, ever, ever had to reinstall a MacOS X game/app to fix some weird problem ;)

  If you have Logitec mouse you will have to disable that mouse in your control panel.This what is cuasing your problems.
