My new LCD is just brilliant in terms of how the game looks. Colors are so much more vibrant... It's so cool to finally see how an explosion will light up a planets surface... that was so cool.
But I thought LCD's didnt have 'flicker' effect like CRT's. My refresh options are 60, 70, 72 and 75. I dunno what to set it on, but I do know that I am suffering from occasion horizontal line ghosting when I take my eyes off the screen.
What I do?

I see all those effects on my Matrox graphics card and Nokia monitor combo nicely... ;D
If your display will support it - set it to the maximum refresh rate (75). But LCDs will never respond and relax as quickly as the phosphors on a CRT though...(I run my Nokia at 85Hz) the new OLCDs may be an improvement but LCDs of any type are still limited by what they are.
Or - just don't take your eyes off the screen, lol...

RTFM!
And mine looks good at 60.

Definitely set it to the maximum your monitor can support (75 in this case) Yer manual should have the max refresh rate it supports, wont do any harm to double check with it so you have peace of mind.
I run my OP at 1280x1024@75hz, and although LCD does away with nearly all the "flickering" of CRTs, i still notice a difference between 60hz and 75hz on mine.
