First make sure you have the OP+3.4 shiplist
The one with models:
ftp://klingon.stasis.ca/pub/sfcop/opplus_34_models.exe
The one with out models:
ftp://klingon.stasis.ca/pub/sfcop/opplus_34_no_models.exe

the Official rules page:
http://mkroll.asta.chicago.il.us/ <----Follow the link in the upper left corner "complete installer" for the latest shiplist and mission pack for the ones that will be used on the server.

Would you find http://general.war.stasis.ca/ easier to remember? Yeah, I thought so too.

I noticed that that site is virtualhost based with names. I can't just assign it a new name and point it to the IP. However, I pointed http://general.war.stasis.ca/ to my own site and configured apache to redirect to http://mkroll.asta.chicago.il.us/ .
