Title: Questions about a modeling program....
Post by: jayvt3 on August 25, 2004, 08:43:24 am
I recently d/l a program called M6.  I have just found out through trial and error :banghead: how to just delete polygons.  May not be much for WZ or P81 but for me it was finding the New World.  Now I am trying to learn properly how to duplicate and make new polys.  My attempts to follow the enclosed directions has lead to numerous failures and one forced reboot of the h/d.
So if any of you have any advice, tips, tricks or info I'd be grateful for it.

Just did a search through the archived posts here and found a msg from Pataflafla mentioning his collection of M6 tips and tricks.  Went over to NGS and found this:

I've attached it to this msg in case Nightsoft pops down in the meantime.  :)

Thanks, Alec. As time goes on and there are fewer and fewer of the "veterans" left, people like you become more and more important. Even though this is a small thing here, I'd just like to say that your willingness to always share your knowledge (and pick up projects as favors to others, etc.) is a very important resource around here.

Props to ya', man.  8)

Bah.. :)  What you just described though could also apply to a masochist who spends too much time around here.. ;)  Appreciate the kudos though..
