Yes it true the great Acclaim has filed 4 Bankruptcy
i just got this e-mail today from 1 of our supplers
Acclaim Entertainment has filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy as of today. All future titles from Acclaim are TBD. The most notable is "Juiced" which was scheduled to ship in the next two weeks. It will no longer be shipping on this date. Please ensure any Acclaim marketing events/co-op activities with your accounts are cancelled as well.

Personally, I think the fact that they produced that game is reason enough for them to be boycotted!!! ;D
It's too bad that Acclaim has gone down the drain- they've been doing this since the Atari 2600 was hot.
