Title: Anyone know how to get hold of Skinman?

hey skinman,  I ported your tos romulan to bridge commander. I can't remeber if I had asked you for it or not. I think I did along time ago...

Great stuff Skinman. Would it be alright if I include your Hydran BOP in my SFC3 mod RIse of Kingdoms?

I put credits in 3 places. The original readme stays in the ship folder, credits also given in the VL txt and in the overall readme.
