Azel, please get this ask this guy to get us these ships in a format that can be converted to SFC. I'll take the Romulan, Klingon and the Illustrious.  ;D

The Steadfast class DN looks rather interesting, modular components added to a miranda hull.

Good luck. If you click on a photo you get an option to buy. So not likely he would want the mesh conerted for public use.
So you probably stuck with the stuff we put out SF2.  :P Hey SF2 do you play any of these games? Just wondering.

the buy option is for the renders, and I think everyone can use them. Do a search for something everyday, like parties,  carshows..ect, you'll find the buy button on those too.

There's no harm  in trying though.  Perhaps this dude used max and low poly and has never heard of SFC or BC. If that's the case, we  might end up with one more moddler than we had before. The dude is atleast average at it, and can come up with some   fairly decent original ships as well.

Yes, and I doubt he'd bother with trying to sell ships that use parts from other authors. A few of those Feds are built from my Constitution class - Not only am I familiar with my own parts, but the credits are listed on the pages. If he did want them converted, there are plenty of people capable of doing it (assuming he hasn't already ported them himself).

The point I was making is that it's a default gallery option for the entire site. I have the feature disabled on atolm's gallery.

The last I had heard from him was his last post on May 23rd on the Rat Pak forum. This is exactly what he said in that post.....

"I also now have to slow down on the models, and get back to programming, I've finally got all my feedback from the V1 POC testing, and have LOTS of changes to make...I'm also going to make it a generic game engine as well, keeping the core program "trek" free, and leaving the customizations to a separate mod.

When the programming mind-farts come up, I'll be working on an update to the old TOS SFB Romulan Sparrowhawk (that funny looking 3-engine thing, which I've personally always liked, LOL)"

I'm not sure if we'll be hearing from him anytime soon because he seems relatively busy, but I hope he stops by the Rat Pak forum soon because he gave Kreeargh the go ahead to convert some models for use in our mod and he has a few more models that we need (and he usually has some cool pic to post).

He used to play SFC2 if I remember correctly, so he does know about this community. He even posted once or twice on the Taldren board and has visited this forum a time or two, but I can't recall him posting here. Anyway, I just thought I'd let the inquiring minds here know what I know.
