House Leaders need to do the following:
1) Get the list of all players that have signed up.
2) Place them in order of preference. Number them please.
3) DO NOT EXCLUDE ANY NAMES. The draft list for each team should have the same number of players.
4) Send the list to moi prior to the draft date. Hooch will select the draft date. You can send amended lists, whatever, but on the draft date I?ll go through the lists and select the teams using a method that is based on the order of preference you list and random generators.
5) Might as well hold off on sending me the list up until a day or two before the draft date so that last minute sign ups are taken into account.
P.S. I will keep the lists strictly confidential. However. I HAD BETTER NOT BE LAST ON THEM!!!

Further to this, the draft list thread will be locked prior to the draft date. This list will constitute the PRIMARY draft. Any stragglers will then go into a SECONDARY draft before commencement of the server.
Those wishing to joln after commencement of the server must see Hooch and you will be allocated a House.
The server itself will be a CLOSED server, that is, a password will be required to login which will be issued by your House Leader prior to the starting date.
