Title: WIPs - Canis and Lupis class

Two more WIPs for the Vackan fleet before I head back to Dudley (I think I'm finishing up there this week, so should hopefully be able to release playable versions of the fleet as it stands by next week... but don't hold me to that as I may be set adrift elsewhere before then!)
