AS for your other comments Kel: I have tried on 2-3 different occasions tried to contact that managing staff at D2.net, including Frey.
I have never received a response. I would like nothing better than to meld the machinery of www/gzleague.com/op to D2.net forums. While NiHM will never just give away his creation, I do know that an 'affiliation' of that sort would be ok, and I have tried to lay that ground work.
For the record, Frey actually approached NiHM at one point, but at the time NiHM had pretty much walked away from everythin SFC related and was just keeping the thing up for the sake of getting some use out of it. NiHM was ok with my trying to develop that relationship though.
So, at this point: if any of you established D2 guys want to play go between, I'd like to see that happen. But I have beem ignored thus far - perhaps unintentionally, and I bear no grudge, but I am tired of trying to contact people to no avail.
This was in response to my suggesting GZ try to merge with D.net in some manner.
...So...here I am trying to get a dialog started.
Who can speak for D.net and is willing to begin a conversation? Please reply here and/or send a PM to Jakle in this forum.
