They were very spectacular here in S.W. Wisconsin. I can only imagine that if you had clear skies and were north of here you got a great show.

I'm in massachusetts and I wish you had brought this to my attention YESTERDAY! I might have seen them, might not. Oh well. I saw them over the summer this past year, very very beautiful.

] stoneyface's recipe for a fun northern lights *aurora borealis experience.
whenever i get to see the 'lights" i always spend a good hour just watching them "unalltered" and maybe smoke some good marijuana and enjoy myself and enjoy the lights in their natural form...
after an hour or so of this i dose myself with any hallucinigen that i have on hand. yesterday it was my favorite DMT! i then go out and watch the rest of the high giggling my ass off and loving it. since DMT only lasts about an hour i then get to spend the rest of the night watching in an introspective mood and thanking god for every second of my stinking life and the thanking him for the great light show!!!
these were some great lights last night. i am on the mississippi river in iowa and the skies were great for them.
thanks god for the good lights the good medicine and the good hallucinegen!
can i get an amen?!
peace,

Well Hawkeye, hope for your sake you have more supplements in stock cuz there was another solar explosion yesterday... meaning another show tonight and/or tomorrow night.

I've become somewhat desensitized to them, or at least used to seeing them. Living in Labrador means we get to see them every couple days or so. Very impressive none the less.

I was able to see them a little bit when I got to work at 5:30 this morning (Nov. 9). If I can see them in the middle of town they must have been impressive away from the light.

drat!!! well you have to wait 7-10 days usually before tripping again to give your brain time to build up seratonin and other chemicals so i'll have to do this one straight ;) no worries...
